All participants must complete a valid waiver before taking part in any inflatable activities. For participants under the age of 16, the waiver must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Participants should arrive at least 20 minutes before their scheduled session to allow sufficient time for check-in, waiver verification, and the mandatory safety briefing. Late arrivals may lose part or all of their session time without refund.
Inflatable activities involve physical movement and carry an element of risk. Failure to follow the safety rules may result in serious injury. All participants must listen carefully to the safety briefing before every visit and follow all instructions given by our team.
Official Inflatables World grip socks must be worn by all participants while using the inflatable arena. Socks can be purchased during online booking or at reception and may be reused on future visits.
Participants must wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity. Clothing with sharp objects, metal accessories, or inappropriate footwear is not permitted. Management reserves the right to refuse participation if clothing is deemed unsafe.
Before entering the inflatable area, all jewellery, watches, belts, keys, mobile phones, coins, and other loose items must be removed. Pockets should be completely emptied to prevent injury or damage.
Mobile phones, cameras, and recording devices must not be used while participating on the inflatables. Spectators are welcome to take photos and videos from designated viewing areas.
Food and drinks are not permitted within the inflatable arena. Only food and beverages purchased from Inflatables World may be consumed within designated seating or café areas unless otherwise agreed by management.
Smoking, vaping, alcohol, illegal substances, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited inside the premises. Anyone believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry without refund.
Inflatables World reserves the right to temporarily close all or part of the facility for maintenance, cleaning, technical issues, private events, or operational reasons. We also reserve the right to limit visitor numbers where necessary for safety.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission, remove any participant, or permanently ban individuals who fail to comply with these Terms, behave aggressively, endanger others, damage property, or use abusive language towards staff or other guests. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
The safety of our customers and staff is our highest priority.
Our team regularly cleans and sanitises high-contact surfaces including tables, seating areas, handrails, door handles, and reception facilities throughout the day.
Participants should not attend if they are feeling unwell, have a contagious illness, or have been advised to isolate. We reserve the right to refuse entry where participation may pose a health risk to others.
Customers with existing medical conditions, recent injuries, pregnancy, back or neck problems, heart conditions, epilepsy, or any medical concern should seek professional medical advice before participating.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children within the facility at all times.
Full payment is required to confirm all online bookings.
A booking is only confirmed once you receive an official confirmation email from Inflatables World.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking information, including dates, times, participant numbers, and contact details, is correct before completing payment.
Inflatables World cannot accept responsibility for booking errors caused by incorrect information submitted during the booking process. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.
Payments can be made securely online using accepted debit and credit cards through our secure payment gateway.
Inflatables World does not store your card or payment details.
All prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Any booking or transaction fees applied during checkout are non-refundable.

Party packages, school visits, corporate events, and group bookings are subject to availability.
Final guest numbers should be confirmed before the event date.
Inflatables World reserves the right to make reasonable changes to party schedules where operationally necessary.
Party hosts and organisers are responsible for ensuring all guests complete the required waiver before participating.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed during online checkout by entering the voucher code before payment.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used before their expiry date unless otherwise stated.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Photography and video recording may occasionally take place during sessions, birthday parties, school visits, corporate events, and special activities.
Images or videos may be used by Inflatables World for promotional, marketing, website, or social media purposes.
If you or anyone within your booking does not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please notify a member of staff before your session begins, and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.
Participation in inflatable activities is entirely at your own risk.
Inflatables World accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.
Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
